Had a bad day today food wise :(

I know when you get off course to turn around & plan on it the next 2 days because weigh in is monday. But would love to hear from people who have almost reached their goals & have had bad days & didnt let it ruin them. Not that I'm going to let it. I have a plan & will be very strict the next couple of days but still love hearing motivational things...i"m sure it wont be the last bad day that I have until I reach my goal but still love hearing from others, thanx!

Once for a week, I ate 1150-1200 calories straight and one day I went over by -2500 something and lost 2 pounds!0

And I say: So, it happened, you have no control over the past. The cool thing is you recognized it right away and already have a plan to change it. That is cool. I have days (few as they might be) also and quite simply forgive myself (after all,, beating myself up over it is so very pointless). Time is better spent figuring out why we needed to/wanted to or did overeat or eat the wrong foods. This allows us to possibly avoid it in the future more readily or to say.. Yep this had to happen today... all good, tomorrow will be different.0

I've gotten to a point where I use the daily tracker as a guide, but I actually put the data in a spreadsheet and track for the week. That allows me to have a bad day and still come out looking OK. Also, I keep my water intake (I actually drink a lot of hot decaf tea) to help offset any hunger pangs. I know I need the fluids.0
