Needing Patience!

I have been dieting or should I say I began changing my lifestyle about 3 weeks ago. I have lost 8 pounds so far, which is great; however, I, of course, want all the weight I want to lose to come off as fast as possible. I have to learn that losing one pound a week is a healthy rate. I need to hear some success stories to keep my fire going for my new healthy lifestyle! So here's your time! Brag about your accomplishments!!

    I am very impatient as well =/ I actually contemplated taking prescribed pills to speed up my weightloss. We just need to learn to slow down and let things take their course with our bodies!! I would love to hear success stories too =) Feel free to add me if you need someone to vent to=)

    Take your time, seriously. I think when it happens slower you have time to change habits as your body changes. It's a wonderful journey, even when you're cursing while you are sweating your behind off! :)
