Insanity Fit Test

Question for my fellow Insanity-ites. On the Fit Test move "Low Plank Oblique", do you count each side as one rep (Right=1 rep; Left=1 rep) or do you count them together as one (R+L=1 rep)? I've been doing the latter, but I don't know which is right, the guide isn't specific about it like some of the other moves. Thoughts?

It has been a while since I have done it, but I would figure the key is however you count it you need to keep counting it that way. The point is whether you improve from fit test to fit test counting the same way, not how you count.0

I counted them together L+R+1 but I agree with rileysowner...the point is to track for improvement, so it probably doesn't matter.0
