Hello everyone!

I just joined the site and I began my weight loss journey about 2 weeks ago. I've been tracking my food in other ways and will continue to do that, but I love the community here after looking around a bit.

So far, I've lost 3 pounds. I've been walking and watching my diet. I just started the 30 Day Shred today.

I'm 5'11" and weigh 197 currently. I would like to get down to 160.

I love to cook and I have been cooking almost everything for myself and my family. I love, love, love to bake, so I'm trying to find healthy alternatives to my favorite desserts. Wish me luck :)
