Should I snack?

I have my diary set for Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner but I don't really snack. Most of the time the 'snacks' I log are just an extention of my meal that I feel guilty for eating

People will argue both ways. Eating 6 small meals keeps your body working to digest. Other say 3 meals is all you need a day. . . Depends on who you ask. I normally have such a small breakfast I often have a fruit snack before lunch. Then after dinner I normally have something before bed, most often frozed crystal light!0

Good snacks, like weight watchers.0

haha A lot of times my diary is the same way! On a good day, it's breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, post-workout shake, then dinner.0

My diary is set up by time. before8am, 8-11, 11-2, 2-5, 5-8, after 8. It works well for me since I don't really eat set meals very often.0

Because you don't snack try something light such as a piece of fruit, nuts or just a handful of something to keep your metabolism going.0

I guess it depends for each person. I cannot live without snacks. They make up 1/3 of all my calories.0

I know that when I snack, I tend to overindulge and then just eat waaay too much. So I try to avoid snacking, have 3 nice sized meals that are all between 300-450 calories, and if I'm starving before I go to bed, I'll have some cereal with skim milk.0

I snack. I tend to eat a decent sized breakfast, snack after teaching my water aerobics class in the morning, a smallish lunch then another afternoon snack then a decent dinner. Really what I think I am actually doing is just spreading my lunch out over the course of about 4 or 5 hours. I just get too hungry and tend to binge if I limit myself to only eating at "regular" meal times.0
