Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks
Let's see if we can do 350 of them.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I've seen a polar FT4 for sale on Amazon for around £60 free delivery in the uk...this is the one I have. The price sticks in my mind, as I live In Johannesburg now and had to pay £100 plus for mine:sad:0 -

I use a Timex HRM and I usually don't log my challenges as anything. However there is s girl here at MFP that says you can log most of these as "calisthenics" if that helps yall any.0

I just did all 350 with one group of 100 then the rest was in groups of 50 and waited till my HR was back to 100 between sets. I weigh 260 and I'm male (if you hadn't guessed). My calorie burn on my HRM was 260 and my total time was about 14:30. Hope this helps with the HRM question.0
