I did a lil research and found that you should drink half your body weight in water. for instance, if you weigh 200 lbs, you should drink 100 ounces of water. When I did this, I lost 4 lbs in 2 days!! Experts suggests you drink water 30 minutes before a meal and drink water 2 hours after a meal. So, drink up! *cheers* :drinker:
i bought a 32oz bottle.. i "have to" drink all 32oz before 12... then fill it up and drink the rest before like 4... then i fill it up again.. and just drink it when i feel thirsty.. ive noticed since i started regularly drinking water that i am much more regular when it comes to "number 2" i dont feel bloated.. i feel good... i would recommend you try the whole bottle thing..
as for the comment above i didnt about drinking half your body weight.. going to start drinking half my body weight see if it boosts my weight loss0
