Ellelit - Day 11

yesterday went really well. i didn't even have any birthday cake! here is how it went:

breakfast:
1 cup skim milk
1.5 cups cheerios

snack: 2 fibre cookies
1 fruit cup

lunch:
1 ham and swiss sandwich
1 cup of broccoli soup

snack:
sliced cucumbers
mini carrots
1 apple sauce cup

snack: 1 granola bar

supper:
1.5 potatoes
100g of ground beef
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

snack:
1 fruit cup

so a great day, and came in 200 calories under (anything under 500 under is fine because i'm doing a goal of 1 pound a week)

so feeling sick still, have my period and feel gererally crappy, but sticking to my plan so i'm happy. here's to today!

    ha ha it's probably because i dress like i'm 14, hoodies, pony tails and backpacks, oh my!
