Snacks on south beach

Hi All... am trying to follow SB, put myself back on phase I and I'm finding that I'm burning through my calorie allottment by using cheese and nuts to snack on. Any good (filling) lower calorie alternatives? I'm running out of ideas after hummus/veggies, nonfat cottage cheese. (There are no fruits or berries in phase I)

PS Went out to dinner with friends last night and managed to stick with the plan.. (yay).. felt a little bad being the only one without dessert but had a decaf coffee instead so they wouldn't feel awkward without me having something in front of me.
