So I started trying to slim up on May 2, and I hope to be down to 180 by my birthday in late August. I started at 199 which is the heaviest I have ever been, and I stepped on the scale this morning hoping to be at about 190, but I made it to 188.6!!!!!!! :drinker: I have never really "dieted" before and I don't consider myself on one now, just watching what I eat and how much. I haven't really changed anything other than not drinking the Mt. Dew that I used to love, and hitting the weights hard like I used to. I hope to be able to post some good before and after pics on my birthday.
