I joined last night when my friend from work told me about the free app. I had lost 35lbs on Herbal Magic 1yr ago but have been really depressed lately with some family issues. I have gained back about 20lbs and feel fat and ugly. I went and cut and coloured my hair. Now it is time to work on my body and self image. This program sounds like a great way to start. I hope some of you can give me some ideas on how to stay motivated or even some really good recipes. Thanks

    Welcome! I've been using this app since May 3rd & have lost 16 pounds already! It's a great source of support and accountablility! Keeping track of what you eat & how much exercise you do really motivates you to stay on track. Just know this is the slow and steady way to go. No magic bullets.
