Hey, I'm Steve...
This is the first time I have joined a fitness / diet site....
but I'm thinkin' I need some support to keep me tracking all the way to my goals. Maybe I'll be able to lend support too?!?

I' m 53 - 5'8" Started at 280lbs as of 6/15/2011

Updated weight this morning at 275lbs 6/18/2011.

My goal: To regain and sustain an above average level of fitness.

Some benefits I see:
To be able to hike and climb with ease.
The ability to sing stronger and with better breath control.

I stumbled across this app while looking for a way to journal my fitness goal on my IPhone
After only three days of using it , I think I really like it. It seems to be working very well for me.

My past four years:
297lbs then down to 252lbs
290lbs then down to 214lbs
280lbs then down to 231lbs

When I put this down on paper I see the ridiculous rollercoaster I've been on.... Wow....

Goal 1: 249lbs

My goal 180lbs

Would love your help of encouragement and accountability. Friend me...
and yes..., I do pray.
