Hi! I am new at this keeping track of calories and exercise. I am wondering how to achieve weight loss. My daily goal is 1520 calories. Yesterday, I gained an extra 294 calories from exercise. Are you suppose to be eating those extra calories to achieve weight loss? Or are you suppose to try and keep your calories as low as possible? Sorry, I just confused by this. I am used to trying the "crash diets" or "magic pills" - but have finally realized that life changes are what will work in the long run.
Thanks for any help you can give me!

You are supposed to eat them back which confuses me lol. I don't always eat them back. Most of the time its only about half. Just make sure you aren't under 1200 calories.0
