Ok so ahead of time go online and go to applebees.com calorie count. That should give you what you need.0

LUCKY BREAK! Applebees is my favorite place to eat out because the Kids Chicken Sandwich is like 230 Calories with a side of Brocolli for 30 Cal. and its good!0

Applebee's is one of the BEST places to eat out. They have a huge selection of meals under 550 calories, and they also have a selection of meals endorsed by Weight Watchers (they tend to be around 400-600 calories as well).

The Sirloin with Garlic Herb Shrimp, the Cajun Lime Tilapia, and the Chipotle Lime Chicken are my favorite. Word of advice: stay away from the teriyaki pastas. They are gross.0 -
Don't worry, they have a great menu for people watching what they eat. I like the steak they offer, it's yummy. And congrats to your sister, that is a hard test to take.0

Ohh man girl I checked they have soo many good choices. Made good ones though. Have fun! Be sure if you drink alcohol to add that in also. They have a lot of calories. If you plan ahead you will make good choices.0

Applebee's also offers "Skinnybee" drinks which have around 100 calories each.

applebees has a low cal menu... easy to find options *S*
their problem (like most restaurants) is sodium. even on their supposedly healthy and low call options.
So if sodium is a concern for you, will need to pick and choose carefully.
most restaurants have calorie wise options that work well for me.. it is always the sodium that ends up being the heart and deal breaker0 -
I'm pretty sure Applebee's is one of the places you can check out their menu ahead of time- if you have time go to their website and see if you can find nutritional information!0

ahhahahahahaha I love your signature!!0 -
nothing fried, stay away from fried foods, order a salad with grilled chicken and steamed vegetables and order the salad dressing on the side, because they usually drench the salad in dressing.. good luck!0

Thank you ALL so much!! I am going to look at the steak. Seems like a good choice.0
