What is a good size ankle weight to start off with? Bearing in mind I'm fairly fit but also fairly new to strength training?
1lb? 2lb? More? Less?
I'll be using them for my strength training such as P90X and Brazil Butt Lift not cardio (ie running)

I would say probably 2 lbs....they make a set that's adjustable up to 5lbs(you can take out weight or add more).0 -
