Ok.. Im sorry if this has been covered before but I wanted to ask anyway. Still new to the site (joined.. used it twice.. then just recently came back).. Im currently looking at 264lbs.. Ive been 207 at my lowest I believe.. junk food became my friend again and so did take out. But the question I wanted to ask was.... is there a watch thats accurate at displaying calories burned plus your heart rate? Or maybe just calories being burned? And how much they normally go for... Im currently using runkeeper pro when I walk but theres nowhere to put in my weight... so Im pretty sure im burning more than what its telling me. Any help would be appreciated

If all you want is calories burned and heart rate a Polar FT4 should do just fine. You can enter your height, weight, age and gender into it and as far as I know they are pretty spot on.
I have the Polar FT7 which is the next step up and mine is accurate.0 -

Here is a fairly helpful article about HRMs. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Azdak/view/the-real-facts-about-hrms-and-calories-what-you-need-to-know-before-purchasing-an-hrm-or-using-one-214720

All Polar products except the real basic ones take in account height, weight, age and sex. The FT60 also has features like it recommends a training program and determines your fitness level.0
