63lb loss so far and my before and after pics..

I needed to see this for myself... and decided to share. I do see a change in myself with the weight loss.. but pics are really good.

I have no 'starting' pic as I didn't intentionally start to loose this time. The first pic is from my sons 1st bday party in 2008. I had to be somewhere around 300 in the pic.

the second 2 pics are from last night and while I still have a ways to go ( my end date is sometime next summer), I feel very good about the progress I've made and how I'm starting to get my shape back...although still having trouble appreciating any difference in the dreaded side view, lol

    Wow! You look great.
    It's mind boggling to me to imagine strapping a backpack with that weight and carrying that around 24/7. You have to feel so much better! Can you imagine going on a hike with a backpack with that much weight?

    I'm down a lousy 13lbs, and I already feel the difference in simply getting in and out of my car/truck. My shirts actually "fit" now. Just 114 lbs to go. :happy:

    CRAZY!!! The side view picture shows the big difference! Where did all that belly fat go?!?! I hope you took measurements. If you did, you should remeasure around your belly and hips. I bet it would blow you away.
