I've been using MFP for a couple weeks. I exercise A LOT, and eat what I would consider to be a moderate amount. My net calories have been in the negatives on two days, but usually range somewhere between 700-900. Is this healthy?
I currently weigh 160, goal is 145lbs, 5'10", 18 years old.

I've heard that being that low for a couple weeks or so is ok but not for a long time, I heard you aren't really suppose to be under 12000

Eat back some or all of your exercise calories. You should be trying to NET 1200 calories a day. The more you exercise the more healthy fuel your body needs to keep it going

            I would vary it...
Don't go too long for long it will work against yourself. In fact, I plan a day where I eat everything back pretty frequently.0
