Couch to 5k!

I am going to do my first 5k with my sisiter july 30th! So I am going to try the couch to 5k program. Has anyone done it and what were your times when you ran your 5k???

    Couch to 5K is a great program. First off take it slow, repeat days/weeks if you need to. It's alright if you can't do it the first time!
    Second, get fitted for some proper running shoes! It makes all the difference in the world, also helps to prevent injuries.

    Love that program! Changed my life.... my first was about 41 minutes... second 36, and third 29. It's all about endurance and progressing as a runner! Just do it, you will NOT be sorry!!!!!
  • I'm on week 7 of C25K and have just run my first 5k race today, finished in just under 35 minutes and loved it. The programme works and it's great fun, good luck!
