What workout do you do and what is you average calorie burn?

I did P90X, at the beginning of the year, and averaged 350-600, depending on the routine and how hard I pushed.
I'm currently doing Turbo Fire and average 450-1000, depending on the routine and how hard I push.

    i only recently got a HRM, but it doesnt come with a chest strap so it just guestimates how many calories i burned when it takes me pulse at the end of the exercise...
    Um it says i burn 200 ish doing Yoga X
    And 400 ish doing Kenpo X
    And 200ish doing Ab Ripper X
    I think these are the only ones that i have used the HRM on so far...

    body rocker tv 30 min ~ 450 cals
    + Running 30 min (~7mph) ~ 350
    + Walking to the gym ~ 100
    900 a day usually.

    600-1000, probably more often then not around 750 or so. P90X/Insanity/Asylum.

    I burn anywhere from 700-1000 on P90X. I'm heavier so that helps, but I do some additional exercise during each video. When Tony talks between exercises I do jumping jacks which keeps my heart rate high and in my zone. During Kenpo X, I use weights in my hands also.
