I have it set as a student becaue I mostly sit, but when I do work I work! I work for pepsi so I pull around pallets and load and unload cases and cases of soda for hours. Not to mention walking from display to display. I was gonna log walking, but should I be worried enough to log the fact that I am pulling, or pushing a cart with about 70 cases (20lbs each) multiple times a day. . . .thanks guys!

Maybe look at the "moving" excercises? I know there's one about moving furniture, as well as boxes/household items.

You're going to get LOOOOOOTS of responses saying you need to get/use a heart rate monitor because MFP overestimates calories burned - which I'm sure is true - but it completely depends on you and how accurate you want to be. I've lost 9# in a month using MFP, but I under-input some of my activity because sometimes I think, "There's no WAY I just burned that many calories doing THAT...." so I just ratchet the time spent down a bit until I feel better about the numbers (disclaimer - I NEVER ratchet the time up!!). Hope this helps!

Also welcome to MFP :flowerforyou: I really love this place!

I ran a route for Pepsi for about 4 years, and yes it is tough physical work. I never had to worry about my weight when I worked there. But I am not sure how you would log it. I would definitley go up to "Active" on the daily activity. Not sure if it helps, maybe someone else will have a better idea.

Yeah I try to cut it down too. If I work out 40 min I put 30. I don't know how well it will work, but worth a try. If I work for 8 hrs there is no way I would ever put 8 hrs. I was gonna throw in 60 min, just to see what it said. Thanks!
