My amazing mother in law just bought me a heart rate monitor. The Polar FS1. Only problem is i have never had a heart rate monitor so im not sure what to do. I figured out how to get it going and to figure out my average heart rate during the duration of a work out, but i guess my main question is, how do i calculate the calories i actually burned?
I usually ride my stationary bike for cardio, and it has a HRM built in that tells me cals burned. Im really curious to know what i actually burn while doing all my videos such as the shred. Any advice or tips anyone can give me are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!! Kristyn
