Went to a party tonite...not my best conservative caloric intake, tried as i might. Decided to log it in regardless, and thought I would try "crap"... as luck would have it, it is listed as " F my life, a bunch of crap" at about 400 calories. Too funny. So I succumbed to the 400 and figured I will do better tomorrow! Love this incentive program!
