Hello!!!
I was just wondering if anyone had found significant weight loss differences between filling your daily calorie intake with healthy foods or not so healthy foods or maybe a mix of the two! Is it just the calorie limit that will effect weight loss or do you think healthy eating plays a part??? Love to hear opinions!!

For me it makes no difference. But alcohol stops me losing, for sure! I just get bloating and water retention with high-sodium junk, but it doesn't stop me losing at all. It does, however, make me feel cr*p and doesn't fill me up so I'm more likely to go over.

I don't know about weight loss, but my mood is definitely better when I'm eating 'good' calories. There are less 'highs and lows' with sugar rushes/crashes. The best thing though, is that I can practically eat all day - lots of little meals of nutrient dense foods - more food = happy Kelly.

Weight loss is calories in/calories out. HEALTH is quality of those calories you take in.

You CAN lose weight eating junk food all day as long as you are in a calorie deficit...but high cholesterol, high blood pressure, out of control blood glucose levels, etc. will also come about.

Eating healthy foods at a deficit will not only make you lose weight, but also ensure that you are healthy from head to toe inside and out.
