Expectations?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and just wondering what are realistic expectations for weight loss?
I'm a 36yo male, 170cm, 130kg. I have a sedate office job but I'm managing to do 45mins interval cardio on crosstrainers and treadmills about 5x week. I also do a weights class 2x week and am trying to stick to around 2000-2200 calories per day.
Do you think this is reasonable? Its early days yet so have not seen lots of results yet but hopefully over coming weeks if I stick to the above. Would love to lose 20kg/40lb by Christmas.
Thanks!
DJH

40 pounds by Christmas is definitely doable. I've been losing 1-2/week without any exercise. Just by trying to stick to the calories MFP gives me, set to lose 2/week. Go for it!0
