Most of us have started a diet of some kind on New Years Day. I would like to challenge you to start a New Year as a healthier you! Many of you can reach your goal by then and that would be wonderful.
During our challenge, you can weigh in on any day, and report your weight on the date closest to your weigh in. We will have some mini goals along the way that will help us stay motivated.
Just list your starting weight and then weigh in each week.

My Goal last January was to lose 100 lbs this year I started at 280
Jan SW 280 Jul GW 219
Feb W 272 Aug GW 209
Mar W 265 Sep GW 199
Apr W 250 Oct GW 189
May W 237 Nov GW 184
Jun CW 229 Dec GW 180

    I'm in!! How do we do this?? Is there a way of creating a 'group' in MFP or do we do it by adding as friends and keeping in line on threads.....?? Sorry - am still pretty new at this! :smile: Vx

    I am in too. Let me know how to keep our post together so we can keep each other motivated. Great idea! I have been struggling lately and hopefully this will keep me on track better.

    I actually Joined MFP in april of this year! My plan is to lose about 50 pounds by New Years 2012. So here are my goals! Thanks! I look forward to keeping on track with all of you!!
