Exercise Card Game

Ok, I just tried this out for the first time, and it was awesome! A great way to strength train, with a bit of cardio. And it's not boring since you don't know what's coming.

Take a deck of cards, and give each suit an exercise type. I chose:

Diamands: Burpees or Push-Ups
Spades: Chair dips or Squats
Hearts: Jumping Jacks or Alternating Foot Jumps (jump back-and-forth from one leg to the other, with legs spread at least shoulder width)
Clubs: Sit ups or Crunches or yoga rolls

I assigned two for each suit, so I could get more things in, and to keep it more interested (but mostly because of the burpees... have you ever tried to do 10 of those... and if you draw two of those cards after another- it hurts. lol)

Aces: are "1 minute rest"
Jack, Queen, and King are all 10 reps.

Shuffle through the deck (Takes about an hour, and in total it's 84 of each)
