Fabulous Egg & Cheese Breakfast

1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
1-oz. Havarti Cheese
1-Tsp Unsalted Butter
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
1/4-C Milk (Optional)

Beat egg, egg whites, garlic powder, salt, pepper and milk (if you're using it).
Melt butter in medium-hot non stick pan, pour egg mix in there.
Top with havarti cheese then cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked (they should be solid white).

***Sometimes I place the eggs on one slice of whole wheat toast -OR- serve with 1-C mixed berries. Either way it's yummy!

    I ate this same thing for breakfast for over a month but I also added 1/4 cup of black beans for a little fiber. Love it!!

    I had:

    3 medium eggs
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/4 onion
    7g mexican cheese

    totaled 250 calories of deliciousness.

    I noticed though that you left out the part about cooking the leftover egg yolks and feeding them to your overly spoiled dog...that is an important part of every recipe at our house...surely that was a mistake! :)
