Hi ya'll. I finally got on the scale after 2 weeks and it says I am down 4 pounds. The only thing I have changed is cutting out the pop. I drink water all day ( I HATE WATER by the way) except for dinner I will occassionally have a glass of tea sweetened with sweet n low. This has definetely given me the motivation I need to keep going. I am imaganing what the results will be when I eat right and exercise. I am waiting on my 30 day shred dvd to get here (hopefully tomorrow)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4lbs down, 76 to go :wink: :smile: :laugh: :happy:

    Thats awesome progress, congratulations! A great example with how baby steps and small changes are the true key to weightloss :) Keep it up!

    Great job! I didn't like water at first, either, but its grown on me. I feel like I'm cheating on water if I have any lemonade or something I know isn't healthy.

    Good for you! If it makes you feel better, I used to hate water too...I drank diet soda ALL THE TIME. Now, I've been drinking mainly water for so long that when I do indulge in a little diet soda, I usually can't even finish it. Too sweet!
