Tickertapes

I have put the minimum amount of weight that I need to lose in my tickertape. I really want to lose 130 pounds, but would be ok with 110. Should I put that on my tickertape instead of the 75 pounds minimum weight lose? I guess I was thinking of small steps but maybe that's the wrong thing to do.
What have you done on your tickertape and why? What do you thing I should do on mine?

I picked a weight I know I felt good at when I was younger/thinner and will go from there. Then I posted mini goals. You could leave as it is or change it. I think one thing that helps is mini goals.0

go with what works for you. some ppl prefer smaller/shorter goals (such as: lose 30lbs by september) others prefer to have only one goal to focus on. (ie: I plan on losing 130lbs) there is no one right answer, in the end you have to do whats right/best for you.0
