Just getting statred

Hi,

Just getting started here on fitnesspal and have to say it is really easy to work with. Trying to get serious about weight loss and thought I should get all the support and motivation I can.

Well no time then the present to get started. Step one will be Turbo Jam (as I already have it) today and weekdays will be getting up at 5am 3 times a week to work out and Saturday and Sundays will be my work out any time day but will have to work out. So I am hoping a 5 day week will yield so some kind of results. If things go well will purchase the Turbo Fire series. Woop Woop! Love this stuff

Speaking of results. I don't think my problem is doing the work outs, I really think it is that when I feel I have worked hard over some weeks and I don't see any kind of result - I get frustrated and then back to same old same old.

Anyone else have this problem?

Will check in at the end of the week to give an update.

    Hi! MFP is great to use. If you follow and healthy diet and keep doing your workout...there should be no problem on losing weight!!! It's working for me. If you need any help..please ask us. We are always great about putting in our opinions!! :)

    Take your time. It is not a race. If you lose slow you will have a better chance to keep it off permanently.
