OMFG! I have literally ruined my whole diet in jus1 weekend i am so stupid!!
I hav eaten like a pig and jus let myself go. i feel soo sik rite now and i feel really bloated. help me wat do i do.
My stumuk has also jus blown up and i feel really heavy and sik . i have neva felt like this b4 help me pleaseee!!!!

    and go for a walk later! whenever i feel guilty, i just go for a walk.

    Just drink water and start eating well and log your food and hop back on the wagon. I know it seems like you've done a lot of reversal of what you've been doing so far but just tell yourself if you keep going, you can take off any weight you gained over the weekend and continue on your journey. Don't sweat it just keep going!
  • Gonna echo water and a walk or some other activity. You can't completely undo a continuing process, right? Start fresh tomorrow.

    It's a live and learn! Just reamember how you feel now....and try not to do it again! We all have times we aren't perfect...but we go on. Forgiver yourself.....and move on!

    Agreed! I went over my cals yesterday but decided to go for a walk. I burned off all the extra cals that I had eaten!

    Drink loads of water and don't eat or drink anything else (apart from water) at all until you are genuinely hungry. And eat a bit less over the next couple of days, If you start again now the damage will be undone in a day or so.

    I indulged a bit too much on Friday and Saturday but thankfully I'm back on track! Don't beat yourself up! As everyone said, go for a walk, and drink a TON of water!

    Some weekends I feel like a rockstar because I'm able to continue my healthy lifestyle and other times it is such a struggle. We live, we learn, we move forward!:)

    Try Gatorade or Powerade and it will flush through with all the water you drink! i hope you feel better real soon!

    Having been there myself many, many times... by best advice is to never give up! Don't let a bad week discourage you from jumping right back in and start fresh. Today is a brand new day and you can start making better choices NOW. Had I given up every time I had big bumps in the road, I would not be only 3 pounds away from my goal! Remember, this is not something anyone will see overnight success at... it is an on-going journey. Sometimes we take the wrong path but if you keep going you will eventually find your way back. Don't give up!!!
