Mud Run for MS

I just heard of this really cool fundraising event for MS. For our area the event was yesterday and that when I learned of it. I looked into and it looks pretty intense and fun. My daughter and I are seriously thinking of training so we're ready to participate next year.
It's a 6 mile muddy obstacle course.
Have any of you ever heard of it or even done this? know of someone who has?
