Just started this a few days ago. My big brother introduced me to it cause he knows how interested in fitness and nutrtion. im really into both, and im going to school to study nutrition. would love to ultimately do some free lance. be a personal trainer and combine it with giving diet plans for people, but baby steps first

Started on here a week ago,, and am hooked,, like how it tells you what you will weigh in 5 weeks with and without exercise,, so once i see how much i wont lose on goes that exercise dvd if ive not worked out that day,, and its helping to cut out picking at the junk i like..0

Just started here yesterday. So far it's useful for e because I like seeing the improvement in how many calories I eat a day and it helps me not eat so much junk food. I hope to reach my weight goal by this time next year at least!0
