People will say not to but I do. I'm stilling showing results so I don't see any harm in it :happy:0

Apparently, 30ds was designed to do every day for 30 days. I'm on day 12, and today I really felt like taking the day off...but then did the 20mins anyway.
Some people here have taken days off. If you really feel like you need a break, then go ahead. You know your body.
Good luck!0 -

You're supposed to do it every day, but pretty much ALL docs will tell you that you need a rest day. I do it every other day. Otherwise, your muscles will have no time to repair themselves and you won't get as much benefit from it. On the days I don't do it, I try to do cardio (Couch to 5K) and no strength training. I take at least one day a week off from both cardio and strength.0 -
I'm doing the 30DS now. I'm on level 3. I have not taken a break and I've lost 19 lbs! I make sure I eat decent and on top of the 30DS I either walk or do some sort of other cardio 2-3 times a week. I make sure I get lots of sleep and drink lots and lots and lots of water. I have a really bad knee and I'm still doing it. So you can do it! You will feel so good after doing it that you'll want to do it every day!0

It depends on if it's the only exercise you're doing. I didn't take any rest days until I got to level 2. However, I'm also doing C25K, so I'm normally doing exercise every day anyways. If you want to take a rest day every week I don't think there's much harm in it, but I'd suggest doing a less intensive workout on those days, such as a long walk.0

It is intended to do every day, but I know I won't be able to do that with my lifestyle [two jobs, etc] so I will be doing it as much as I can but I won't be able to do it some days. When I asked about it yesterday there were a couple of people who hadn't been doing it back to back.0
