So I am confused. I am seeing people get amazing resulst with 30DS and I am on day 4 of level three and have only lost a total of 8 pounds and 1 inch of my waist.
I am also swimming 4 days a week ( 25 laps- 1250 meters).
Is it possible that swimming is causing the weight loss of 30DS to muscle instead of only just burning fat?
Please help... I saw great results with 30DS in week 1 and 2 but that was about it. No results after and i have done it consecutively, only missed 2 days.
Kinda demotivated

It IS possible that swimming is causing the weight loss of 30DS to build muscle, but that's good! 30DS will also build tons of muscle. 8lbs lost in 3 weeks is great and 1 inch from your waist is great in that time too. Don't get demotivated! I can't see your food diary, but look at what you are eating. Have you been under your calorie goal every day? What about sodium, which could be causing you to hold water weight? Make sure you are eating enough protein to allow your muscles to repair themselves when you are working out so vigorously. It may be too late now, but did you take measurements of other areas, or just your waist? For a lot of us on here, slimming the waist is one of the more difficult areas of the body to lose inches from. You may be losing inches from your calves, arms, thighs, chest, neck, etc. which usually all slim down before your waist.
Swimming is one of the ultimate fat burning exercises and 30DS will give you a great jumpstart on weight loss, so I would advise keeping with your routine. Watch what you eat closely, fill up on fruits and veggies with healthy proteins mixed in. The weight doesn't come off overnight and you are already doing excellent!0
