Is the chest band for this adjustable or stretchy? It does not say how big it is or anyrhing on the box. But does say that that once its opened it cant be returned to the store. Just dont want to open it and it be to small...

    Adjustable AND stretchy! Mine stretches out to about 52 inches round.
