Question about Shakeology

I just started Shakeology (chocolate) today, and while it tasted pretty good, I'm a bit nauseous now. Did anyone else experience this?

I'm also on another forum and a girl suggested to me to use 1/2 of the amt of shakeology mix..

I tried both the chocolate and berry flavors and I couldn't stand it. It had such a vitamin taste that I couldn't cover with anything. But I was full and it sustained me all day. I didn't have the nauseous feeling though except while I was drinking it cuz I didn't like it.

If you find the right stuff to mix it with, shakeology taste great imo! How many different ways did you try it?

Has any1 tried the IsaGenix Cleanse? Id say it works! Its a 17 or 19 day cleanse (Its umm yuk) But hey No pain no gain right?
