planning and 400 cals under with too much protein

Hey! i'm trying to plan out tomorrow what im going to eat, and im finding that im 400 cals under without adding any exercise, but i only have 2 protein left... what can i do to fill that up and not go over protein? i find im always going over protein lol! i remember when i was preggers, i went to a class and the person who had the most protein won a prize... it was me lol.

    Protein isn't a bad thing to go over on, especially if you're exercising.

    ok really? i always thought if you ate too much protein it would turn into fat!

    Going over on protein is not bad. In fact it is good since pretty much all the research I have read says a higher protein, higher fiber diet is better for losing weight.
