I need some motivation!!

Last week I was doing sooo good. I was eating under my calories and doing cardio and strength training workouts 6 days a week. This week I've felt like I dont have any energy. I'm not gonna lie..I've slept alot and then by the time I get up I've just been getting the strength training in instead of both workouts. Today..I havent done anything. Tommorrow is a new week and I want to get back on track tommorrow but I need some serious motivation or Im scared I wont do it. Help me out here!! Please!!

    We all have ups and downs--it would be great if this journey was a straight line, but it's not! Just acknowledging that you need to get back on track goes a long way! I'll know you'll be doing both workouts tomorrow, and eating healthy again! :flowerforyou:

    to much to fast causes burnout. slow down make sure you are eating enough. work out 3days a week and slowly increase you exercise. you din't get overweight overnight, so why try to lose it overnight. do you know what I mean. 1-2lbs a week should be your goal. be realistic and get back on track and before you know it you will be where you want to be. good luck. :drinker:
  • Thanks so much yall! You're right..maybe I am trying too much too fast. I might just try rotating..like cardio some days and strength training on the days in between. Its more than 3 days but at least its not so much at once. Thanks again yall! I love this place. Everybody is soo super supportive!

    You are a go getter! go girl!! I notice you said you are eating under your calories each day though, we need to feed the machine so we can continue going hard! So eat more lean protein and you may have a lot more energy!!
