How often should I weigh myself to get accurate results?

My weigh in day is Tuesday after i've woken up and used the bathroom etc.0 -
I weigh in once a week, first thing in the morning after I get up and go to the bathroom. I also wear the same type of clothing. Once in a while I'll peak throughout the week to see how i'm doing but mostly i stick to once a week.0

For me, weighing in once a week is the worst thing for accuracy/ precision. One week of small weight loss isn't enough to counter possible water weight fluctuation. It's either every day or every month for me, and I've chosen every day. It's not for everyone though, especially if the scale frustrates you more than it motivates you!0

I weigh in every morning, stark naked, after voiding and before eating or drinking anything. I only log the lowest weight of the week, but if you want to be anal-accurate, you could average your daily weights for the week and log that.0

My hubby and I weigh once a week. It used to be every Sunday but it seems to have moved to Saturdays. We always weigh first thing in the morning, completely nude so you don't have to factor clothing, after voiding, and before eating/drinking anything
I personally feel like every day is just waaaay too much and once a month or every other week wouldn't keep me in check.0 -
Mornings, once a week, after pooping and peeing and preferrably in the same clothes everytime, birthday suit works well. I don't even put on my glasses. LOL0
