Hey everyone;
I recently went vegan (a few weeks ago). I'm pretty sure that I'm lactose intolerant; if I eat any dairy product now that I've been vegan my stomach acts up immediately. (Like literally, almost immediately.)
This is not related to that. Just back story.
The last week or so I've been having some problems.
My metabolism has completely died. I haven't been going to the gym, so maybe this is the cause.
But I have been eating less because of my metabolism, and I've gained three pounds in the last week. I feel like my face is bloated, but my stomach has only bloated about half an inch.
I am constantly dizzy and with headaches, seeming to get progressively worse throughout the day.
Is there a specific vitamin I could be missing that would cause dizziness and headaches? Maybe even bloating? Should I quit the veganism and just try to stick with turkey and chicken as my meats? (I'm vegan for weight loss.) I want to get back to the gym this week but if I keep having these headaches and dizziness I don't know if I'll be able to do it.
Advice?

See a doctor first, then come here for advice.0

I was weak and dizzy off and on several weeks ago... and then I started changing the settings around in my diary to see if I was missing something. When I reviewed my iron... I was really low on most days. As soo as I started watching my daily iron intake and making sure I was getting enough... no more dizziness or weakness. Play with the buttons in here and see if you come up with a solution for you.
But if that doesn't solve the problem I would consult a doctor.0 -

Not to be a broken record, but go see your doctor. There are so many conditions or nutrient shortage or overage it could be, we could list stuff off all day, but real answers are going to have to come from someone who knows what they're talking about.0
