so, yesterday went well... today i am feeling good, but i hopped onthe scale and nothing. not sure why. it's not my normal weigh in day, but i haven't eaten junk in almost 2 weeks and i'm down 8 pounds. i know i know that's alot, but i feel like i should be losing something every day lol. anyhow, here is how i did yesterday.
breakfast:
1.5 cups cheerios
1 cup skim milk
snack:
1 fruit cup
1 kiwi
1 yogurt
2 fibre cookies
lunch:
100g hamberger
1.5 potatoes
1/2 can mushroom soup
snack:
cuke slices (not really hungry)
snack:
tea with a T of half and half (at a meeting)
supper:
2 cups spagetti with meat sauce, 100g of beef in the sauce
so a great day. i drank alot of tea, stil' not over the dry, hacking cough so hopefully today it will get better. i'm not really cravign anything, other than more weight loss, but i dont know why i expect more when my goal is one pound a week lol. so i'll just plug along and hopefully see some lossed on monday. here's to today!

I really want to jump on the scale every day but so far limit myself to once a week. That way I'm less likely to be disappointed! Keep up the good work. Jackie0
