What to eat?? :(

I'm moving into week 2 of my diet plan, and introducing vegetables and fruit back into my diet, but I am at a loss as to what I can eat without going over anything else today. My calorie count has been 800 or below for the past 3 days and while I'm not hungry, I do not want to start binge eating. I'm already 11 over protein, and 15 over sugar. I've done well today on sodium at only 798. My daily calorie goal is 1200. I have 407 remaining. Out of that I only have 94g of Carbs, and 16g of fat that I can eat. I need some help!

Baked potato with a little butter?0 -
I wouldn't worry too much about going over protein esp if it's lean protein and you are exercising. You need protein to build muscle and be more fit. As for your actual question, how about rice crackers or crackers with fiber? Usually those have a little fat in them. If you are willing to eat more protein, I'd go with good fats like nuts or fish.0

I used to stress about balancing all groups but as long as you use it as a guide and try portion control (eat well plate) you should be ok and still lose. Sugar in natural produce is far better than in processed food. I will fluctuate beween high protein to high carb but will still be calorie counting. I am an ex Slimming World so red and green days wont leave me.0

How much fruit are we allowed a day? I am setting 2 as my limit. I may end up fixing some coleslaw if I get hungry. The entire problem is that I woke up congested this morning and have had to make myself eat today.0 -
Well, in Uk the gov states around 5 per day of fruit and veg and you need at least 80g of each to make a portion. So if you have 100g of side salad it is only about a 5th but 400g of salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot and onion) would give the full 5. Fruit I tend to have 3 fruits or make a fruit salad and fill into bowls for a few days.0
