Please help with any suggestions..

I’m going to Hawaii in about a month. I’ve been on this diet for the past three weeks. I just started to fit into size 10 clothing, but anyways I’ve been trying on swimming suits and all types of bottoms, including the shorts kind..and I’m ok with the tops I try on, but I hate any bottom I put on..I seriously hate my legs, they are so fat. Does anyone know of anything I can do to lose the fat on my legs. Should I be concentrating mostly on cardio? What do you guys think?

    I think we are all much more critical of ourselves than people who are looking at us. As someone who hasn't worn a size 10 since middle school, I can't really imagine anyone who is a size 10 having "fat legs" LOL. Have you considered one of those wrap skirts/scarves to wear while you walk around the pool/beach so you only take it off when you go in the water? Have a wonderful time in Hawaii and think about how much better you are already looking rather than concentrate on the one area that is still bugging you.

    - More cardio, most differently. Cardio will burn fat. Go by some suana pants at Wal-mart or through Avon.

    weight training and/or resistance bands or toning exercises should help. best wishes!

    Ditto on this. I'm sure you're adorable and just can't see it. :wink:

    How many stores have you tried? Each store will have their own 'in store' brand which will broaden your options. I've been having luck with JCPenney and Kohl's.

    Along with cardio, you can do leg lifts and similar floor exercises to tone your legs a bit.

    I wish I had a suggestion for you but I totally understand. I just carry lots of weight in my legs, no matter how much I loose or what kinds of exercise I try. The best think I have found to "reshape" my body is yoga...still have a LONG way to go on these thunder thighs of mine (LOL)

    Thanks a bunch, i actually have not thought of this, but i do remember seeing suana pants..I'm going to try it.
    and thanks everyone...but i am one of those people that does carry lots of weight in the legs...anyways thank you!
