Obsessed!!!

Is it just me or what? Lately I have been obsessed with weighing myself. I know I shouldn't. I weight myself first thing in the morning and that is usually the number I go off of. But I do it in the morning, before I work out, after I workout, before I shower, after I shower. Pretty much anytime I am naked I do it. I know if I go a while w/o weighing myself I will get off track and gain. Although doing it too much isn't the best... I just love seeing that number go down as well as not going up. UGH!!!

    You may have to have your spouse or roommate to hide it from you for a while.

    If it motivates you, and it doesn't frustrate you or get in the way of your life, I don't see the harm.
  • Ditto. I was weighing a lot like that and it wasn't bothering me. Then, it started to really bug me. So, I changed my diet up again and weighed in several days later because we had to replace a broken scale, and I'm preferring this approach now. Basically, up to you! :)
