Shaved my head

I lost an extra ounce today from shaving my head. Maybe an ounce.
Anyway, just another day of shedding my past, and on to a brighter future.

    It may sound gross but I always weight myself before and after bathroom visits just to see the difference. Mainly because I got a new scale a few weeks ago that measures in tenths instead of half pound increments. :laugh:

    Dude, I think I know what you are talking about...I shaved my head just before Halloween in 2010. About 10 days later, I started my weight loss journey. Over 7 months in and I am over 56 pounds down and the head is still smooth as a baby's *kitten*. I needed a change and the streamlined look kicked it off for me...

    I think that is a great idea and a good attitude to have.
    Start new - start fresh.
    Why NOT re-create yourself?
