VEGAS!!!

So tom. will be 7 weeks till Vegas.. We went on our honeymoon 3 years ago. We are going back. I havent been able to do to much working out... because I had a stress line in my foot. I am cleared finally to do a little exercise... I am cutting out diet pop and cutting out my weekly splurge to look good in my 2 piece!!! I have a 27.5 in waist and weigh 113. Should I focus on cardio more or weight training more? I am 5'2... I think I can lose if I am really watching what I eat.... What do you think?

OMG I love Vegas!!!
As far as exercise goes, my theory is that you can't go wrong with strength training. You'll tone up to look great in your swimsuit, and it will also help keep your metabolism going throughout the day!0 -
I would say weight train every other day and run for cardio every day. That way you are not just focusing on one....do both and you can't go wrong0

want to lose 2.5 inches... It' really around my belly button area that is left... to finish but my lower abs I really want to get rid of that... It's usually mroe toning but I do do both cardio and strength.. That's how I lost all of my weight. but since I really want to do jillian again but have to wait bc my stress line the PT said if i do it will com right back... I love her exercises.0
