This is a blog I follow and they've embedded 3 free videos you can do. They are designed for sandbag training, but you can do them with dumbbells or a barbell or kettlebells or whatever. They are pretty tough, though. Basically you do an exercise for 20 seconds then switch to another exercise for 20 seconds and then to a 3rd exercise for 20 seconds with no rest in between. After all three exercises, you rest for 1 minute and then repeat--10 times! It's rough to try and get to all 20 minutes and you will enjoy those 1 minute rests trying to get through.
