    @LoveMe, I just love the exercise goals that are this style, because I make myself do them in addition to what I would normally do. Love the extra burn baby! :smokin:

    I completed my evening P90X--Chest and Back & Ab Ripper X and then I did 150 jumping Jacks. I really am going to embrace this challenge with the fullest I want to lost 10-15 lbs before I go to NC at the end of July first of August.
